Orin!
Orin the Red is my favourite character from one of my favourite video games, Baldur's Gate 3. If you haven't played it, SPOILERS AHEAD.

The interest in Orin's character comes from the fact that like her sibiling, the Dark Urge, she is also a child of Bhaal, (AKA the God of Murder.) Unlike the Dark Urge, however, Orin is not a purebred child- her Bhaalish essence has been much more muddled down than her sibling's, through a wide range of cross-breeding and weird marriages and all of that stuff. Not a fan, to be honest.

Obviously, as any would be, she is jealous of her sibiling: always gaining Father's favour, always killing better than her: Bhaal demands the quanity, not the quality, of death, as she is much more focused on turning her corpses to art rather than mindless slaughter. For this reason, she sets in motion the events of the game: placing a worm inside her sibiling's head: and, if you play as the Dark Urge, causing them to undertake their quest after their memories were forgotten.

You MUST kill Orin to beat the game, as she is one of the main 3 antagonists of act 3, 1/3 of a group called the Dead 3- made up of the chosen of the 3 gods of death. It is required to not only infiltrate the Bhaalist temple, but kill Orin in her Slayer form, a gift bestowed upon her by her father. If you play as the Dark Urge, and succeed in killing one of your companions, you can also use this form.

Orin is so devoted to her Father, to her Art, in her final moments as you kill her, she wonders why she has failed him. She is undoubtly the most interesting character in the entire game, and, to be a little less formal, the most attractive. To me. YEAH. I KNOW. I'M NO BETTER THAN A MAN. I'M SORRY.
